Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you have a positive experience with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before the order is shipped

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect
